Salam Ramadhan!

Now it has been 16days of puasa..Alhamdulillah i am fully fasting as of now..Target nak full fasting this year coz amik kesempatan due to pregnancy ni lah! hehe Nnt senang xyah pk nak ganti2 bagai.. ;) Currently i am now at my 2nd trimester, 20 weeks...I felt great during my 2nd phase ni coz now i dont have any morning sickness dahhhh...weeeee my problem now is i started to eat a lot but than always got my bump tegang sebab byk sgt mkn lps berbuka! teruk betul pangai! hehee Well, dulu duk merengek xlalu makan..now dah lalu mkn pon merengek jugak sebab perut tegang..so everytime lps berbuka tu..lps kemas2 meja n dapur i will go to my room and seat on my bed for few minutes..errrr sometimes hours coz sampai tertido! hahhaha opsss kantoi xpegi terawih ni! hehehe 

Hmmmm donno wat to blog about...ape kate bulan2 pose ni i tempek kan resepi kegemaran i..nak?nak? hehe here you goooo.....

Sambal Tauchu Ikan Bilis

Bahan2:

1. seulas bawang besar dihiris kasar2
2. 2 batang cili besar merah (potong belah dua tp jgn sampai terputus belahan)
3. 2 batang cili besar hijau  (potong belah dua tp jgn sampai terputus belahan)
4. 10btg cili api(ketuk sket supaya kuarla rase pedas dia nnt)
5. ketepikan bahan2 1 ~ 4 td mcm dlm gmbr bwh ni:
6. 3 ulas bawang kecik
7. 2 ulas bawang putih
8. 1cm halia
9. 1cm kunyit hidup
10. 1cm belacan (bakar dulu la baru sedap!)
11. Bahan 6~10 tu ditumbuk.
12. Ikan bilis semangkuk ( ni ikut suke la letak..kalau nk byk letak la lebih sket)
13. Tauchu ( dlm 2 sudu besar - tumbuk sket tauchu nih sebab xnk dia kasar2)
14. 3sudu cili mesin ( nk letak lebih pon boleh ikut suke laa)

Cara Memasak:

1. Goreng ikan bilis sampai garing. Dah garing keluarkan dr kuali kejap.
2. Masukkan bahan yg ditumbuk td(bahan 6~10) berserta cili mesin td. tumis sampai garing..cane nak tau garing??agak2 kaler dia dah gelap sket dr mula2 masuk tu kire dah garingla tuu..hihi Lps tu baru masuk tauchu. Tumis dlm seminit dua.
3. Now masukkan bahan2 hirisan td(bahan 1~4). Den masukkan air asam jawa. Jgn lupe letak garam+pak aji ye..Tumis lg dlm seminit dua..
4. Den masukkan ikan bilis goreng. Masa ni lehla rase masin,masam dia sume..
5. Siap utk dihidangkan for berbuka or bile2 nak mknlaaa!:)
Ni mmg juadah feveret i xkira bile2 laa..bulan pose ni lglaaa..ni pon ade rase nk buat lg tp nnt dulu la..baru je mkn last wik..nnt en hubby buhsan pula nk mkn..dahla hr2 pon i masak mesti lauk yg berasaskan sambal! hahahaha

Oh ye..abaikanla piuk n kuali i yg cantik tu ye..maklumlaaa org rajin masak mmg begitula ropenyer..nk bli baru pon maleh..hehehe(ayat cover nih :p)
